DCS IS HIRING TEACHERS

Devon Christian School is hiring several teachers for September 2024. We are hiring the following:

• Kindergarten teacher (3 days a week)
• Grade 5-6 teacher (3 days a week)
• Special needs and administration relief (2 days a week)
• Music teacher (kindergarten-grade 9 students for a half day-one day each week.)
• Substitute teachers

All applicants must be born again Christians, have a strong commitment to Christian Education, and have an Alberta Teaching Certificate. All of the following documents must be emailed to dcs@devonchristianschool.ca by August 9, 2024: 

• Resume
• Personal Testimony of Salvation
• Copy of Teacher Certification
• Three Letters of Reference (two related to school experience and one must be a character reference from your pastor or someone who is familiar with your spiritual walk.)
• If possible, please also include a copy of your Post-Secondary Transcripts or Certificates, Verification of Teaching Experience, and Classroom Visitation Reports.
